The Impact event at The Conduit Oslo, showcased corporate strategies that reduce sick absence, retain talent, and improve workplace well-being.

With Norwegian State Secretary for Health Usman Ahmad Mushtaq opening as a keynote speaker, the event highlighted the growing governmental and corporate focus on workplace well-being, sick absence, and the broader impact of women’s health on society. 

A panel with discussions that featured leading organizations already implementing successful initiatives, providing a roadmap for others ready to take action.
